Delivery is carried out by the entity chosen by the customer at checkout.
Delivery time for national territory (Portugal): 1 to 2 business days after payment, with the exception of items with extended deadlines.
Delivery time for international shipping: 10 to 35 business days after payment, with the exception of items with extended deadlines.
All orders have a tracking number.
The order should take 48 hours to arrive for the entire national territory (Portugal) and between 10 to 35 days for international shipments. Otherwise, you should contact us so that we can investigate the situation.
When receiving the order, the customer must always check for damage to the package (damaged/crushed/punctured, etc.) and signs of improper handling/violation, check all sides of the packages and record the facts detected in the carrier's guide.
If no proves showned are made about the external condition, the claim will automatically be null and void, as this demonstrates that the package was without external signs of damage.

Returns
The customer has 14 days after delivery of the product to return it, in the original packaging, accompanied by the respective warranty and technical leaflets that may accompany the products.
All returned items must be free of dirt, marks or damage from use. Otherwise they will not be accepted.
Returned items must contain all accessories, manuals, documents (if any) that were sent with the product. Otherwise they will not be accepted.
Whenever the return is made due to anomaly or defect in the product, Seventech3D bears the shipping costs. Otherwise the costs will be borne by the customer.
